About
A practice built at the intersection of money, mission, and leadership.
I help leaders translate conviction into capital, and capital into change that ripples outward to the many.
My career has been spent in the, generative space between three worlds: the nonprofits doing the work, the donors and foundations funding it, and the leaders carrying it on their shoulders. I've sat on every side of that table — as an executive, an advisor, a board member, and a coach. I am dedicated to my clients well being and translating their mission into economic growth by applying leadership and development skills to those specific staff and board members in the room.
What I've come to believe is this: the most consequential change happens when the architecture of an organization, the clarity of its leadership, and the intention of its capital are all pulling in the same direction. My practice exists to help that happen and therefore pursue a succesful productive and generative organization and mission .
Clients tend to find me at inflection points — a campaign about to launch, a transition underway, a new chapter that needs a steadier frame. The work is bespoke, confidential, and built on relationships that last well beyond a single engagement. We may have 3 sessions or grow into longer term partnership.
Sectors
Education, Arts, Community Building, Social services, Faith-based organizations, and Emerging Ventures.
Approach
Long-horizon, relational, candid. I bring rigor without the consulting theater.
